Safely and swiftly heat your food without the need for fire. Elevate the temperature of an 8 oz food pouch by at least 90 degrees Fahrenheit, using no flame or electricity. Activate it with just 2 oz. of water, and your meal is ready in 10-12 minutes.

How to Use It?
The FRH is conveniently packaged in a robust, leak-proof polybag, doubling as the heating container for your MRE.
1) Tear open the heater sleeve at the marked top arrow. Slide the unopened meal pouch inside the sleeve.
2) Pour plain water up to the 'Fill Line' mark.
3) Fold the sleeve's top over. Secure it using the label, wrapping the sleeve over the meal.
4) Position the heater beside the MRE food, sliding both back into the heater pouch.
5) In just 12 minutes - relish your warm, delicious meal! A Hot MealWherever You Go, Whatever You Do.
6) Simply discard the heater and bag responsibly after use.
