MRE Heater Introduction
The MRE Heater, also known as the Flameless Ration Heater (FRH), is an environmentally-friendly, water-activated device designed to efficiently heat a soldier's individual eight-ounce meals.
It heats food safely and swiftly without the need for fire. The temperature of an 8 oz food pouch is raised by at least 90 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses no flame or electricity, activating with just 2 oz of plain water, making the food ready to enjoy in 10-12 minutes.

How to Use It?
The FRH comes individually packaged in a sturdy, leak-proof polybag, which also serves as the heating container for the MRE.
1) Tear open the heater sleeve at the top arrow. Insert the unopened meal pouch into the sleeve.
2) Add plain water to the 'Fill Line' mark.
3) Fold over the top of the heater sleeve, then use the label to secure it to the heater pouch.
4) Place the heater next to the MRE food portion, and slide both back into the MRE heater pouch.
5) In just 12 minutes, enjoy your hot meal! A Hot MealAnytime, Anywhere.
6) Discard the heater and bag after use.
